IW個人申請規則

（download/print）

所有申請短/中/長期國際工作營志願服務方案申請者，必須同意以下規範：

 

1、我作為志工，應該要掌握好自己的狀況(如健康，旅行等。)

並且積極地和他人合作，尊重當地文化和主辦單位。

 

2、我同意並且願意支付給願景青年行動網協會申請所需的註冊費用。

 

3、願景青年行動網協會負責申請工作，錄取通知與行前通知單。

我則依個人需要，需自行預定班機，處理簽證，旅遊保險，接種疫苗等。

 

4、我應該完全自理旅遊保險。

      願景青年行動網協會不會補償我在旅行當中的任何損失。

 

5、所有我在國外的行動，是我個人的責任。

即使我可能會染疾，受傷，遭遇災變，火災/交通事故，戰爭和其他暴力，搶劫或劫機，與任何無法預料的意外，我及我的家人和其他第三者都不會向願景青年行動網協會要求任何賠償。

 

6、我會和我的家人及保證人將保持聯繫，如果我沒這麼做將會是我的個人問題，願景青年行動網協會無須負任何的責任。
