參與尼泊爾國際工作營注意事項

一、服務議題：尼泊爾工作營為社區公共建設及環保議題；主要讓台灣青年認識尼泊爾Banepa當地環境維護的現況，以及參與各階段社區活動中心的搭設工程。

　

二、服務地點：Banepa市，距首都加德滿都約50公里，車程2小時。是一公路交通交會點，不算偏僻、生活機能也算ok。

　

三、出團日期：於寒假（1月下旬 及2月初）及暑假（7月上旬）出團。出團日期剛好是國際航線尖峰期，來回機票、兵險「醞釀調漲」約一成在所難免。大專同學、及國高中教師參與者，請於報名前與學校確認，長假期間沒有滯校的問題。

　

四、服務時間：每天服務時間平均4至6小時，由住處至服務地點尚有一段路途，請伙伴務必配合團體時間出發及賦歸。

　

五、個人裝備：由於服務地點皆在風景秀麗的山區，參與伙伴行李均需是「長型登山背包」（容量40至60公升之間即可），最多再手提行李一件，請勿攜帶一般拉桿方型行李箱。登山背包必備內容需有：登山鞋一雙（至少要能保護腳踝、鞋底是抓地性能佳，平底鞋、休閒鞋、溯溪鞋都不適合）、LED手電筒（建議攜帶LED頭燈）、防蚊液、單人睡袋、睡墊、工作手套、乾洗手，及個人藥品。

　

六、當地飲食：尼泊爾主要飲食為米食搭配咖哩醬料、蔬菜，山區人民因飼養牛羊，亦習慣喝鮮奶。工作營期間無法提供多元菜色，一切需依當地人民正餐用餐習慣為主；Free Day或一般閒暇期間，可以至市區品嚐當地小吃，但伙伴於正餐之外的額外飲食，費用皆須自裡。

　

七、住宿問題：當地所提供的住屋（即Camp House）形式簡單，廁所及浴室不較台灣便利，電力較不足，伙伴勿帶太多多餘電器用品；盥洗用水為山泉水，並無熱水，即便如此，大家還是可以享受簡單的山林生活，此外，再次提醒參與伙伴務必準備睡墊與睡袋。

　

八、人身安全及個人身體狀況：雖然尼泊爾是個「高山國」，我們選擇在尼泊爾服務的地點，平均海拔為1500-2200公尺之間，並不算太高；但主辦單位還是強烈建議，伙伴於確定要參加之前最晚一個月，需赴醫院作檢查，聽取醫師建議。曾有高原反應、患有慢性疾病如糖尿病、心臟病、高血壓，或是過敏性肌膚等，請於報名前告知領隊。此外Free Day時間，請特別注意個人安全，避免單獨行動，盡量結夥成行。

　

九、國際工作營是兼具國際志願服務、國際青年對話與在地人文體驗的活動！我們在過程中將安排Home Stay，住在居民家中，當一個晚上最在地的「尼泊爾人」，請抱持開放的心胸，讓居民們把你當作家人，而不是客人。積極的台灣青年，你也要適時地協助家務喔！

　

十、團體生活：營隊期間，除了Free Day之外，一律為團體行動，若無法適應團體生活者，請務必不要勉強參加。營隊中若有脫隊情形，協會將要求填寫切結書，所有責任由個人自己承擔。
